Standard Shipping
- At Neoteeco, all our products are proudly made in the USA and shipped Monday through Saturday. Depending on product availability, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
- Production & Delivery Timeframes
Estimated Delivery Times
Production Time:
- Standard apparel: Ready to ship in 3–5 business days
- Customized items (embroidery, sublimation, etc.): Require 5–10 business days
Delivery Time
Within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Arrives in 6–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 4–8 business days
International Orders:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 14–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 7–15 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number via email whenever available so you can follow your package in real time.
Multiple Orders & Shipping Addresses
- Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined into one shipment.
- We currently do not support multiple shipping addresses per order. Please place a separate order for each destination.
Shipping Address Changes
- Need to update your address? You’ll have up to 4 hours after confirming your order to make changes.

Customs & International Fees
