Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error or you had legal rights to use it, you may file a counter-notice. Please include:

  • A description of the removed content and where it was previously located
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the takedown was a mistake
  • Your full contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)

  • Your electronic or handwritten signature

If a valid counter-notice is received, Neoteeco may notify the original complainant. If no legal action is initiated, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days, at our discretion.
