Return Process

Return Guidelines
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and help arrange a replacement or refund.
General Returns and Exchanges:
For other returns, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send the item back. All returns must be unused, in original condition, and include any tags, packaging, or accessories. You can start the process by emailing our support team or submitting a request on our website.
Please Note:
- Personalized/custom-made items and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.
- If production has already begun on a made-to-order item, only 70% of the order value will be refunded upon return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. We’ll notify you by email once the refund is processed.
- If a product becomes defective after 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement depending on the situation.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund appears.
- Speak with your bank about processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at checkout, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
- If not, the refund will go back to the original purchaser’s payment method.
